Life Coaching

Live with purpose. Move forward with intention.

Life brings seasons of change, uncertainty, and new possibilities. You may know something needs to change without knowing where to begin, or you may need clarity and accountability to follow through.

Personalized life coaching helps you identify what matters, work through roadblocks, and take practical steps forward.

The Intentional Life: faith, family, friends, forgiveness, fitness, freedom, finances, fun, fulfillment, and focus.

What Does Living Intentionally Mean to You?

An intentional life is not about having everything perfectly planned. It is about making choices that reflect your values, priorities, faith, and purpose.

Coaching can help you explore areas such as faith, family, friendships, forgiveness, fitness, freedom, finances, fun, fulfillment, and focus. We will concentrate on what is most meaningful to you.

Is Coaching Right for You?

Coaching may be helpful if you are:

  • Preparing for life after high school or navigating young adulthood

  • Reclaiming your identity and rediscovering your dreams after divorce

  • Making decisions about education, work, relationships, or your future

  • Preparing for a child to leave for college or adjusting to an empty nest

  • Moving through a personal or professional transition

  • Feeling stuck, struggling to follow through, or seeking greater purpose

Together, we can clarify your goals, identify roadblocks, create manageable next steps, and build accountability. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

A Faith-Sensitive Approach

My Christian faith shapes the compassion, integrity, and purpose I bring to coaching. Faith can be included when it is meaningful to you, and your individual beliefs and preferences will always be respected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to commit to a program?

No. Individual sessions are available. A series or program simply provides more time for action, accountability, and growth.

How often will we meet?

Sessions are generally weekly. The twelve-week program can be completed within 15 to 16 calendar weeks when an occasional scheduling conflict occurs.

Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on present goals, practical next steps, personal growth, and accountability. It is not a substitute for mental-health counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.
